Use the center phone on the day of arrival (808-345-6424). The Center is located just north of mile marker 14 on route 19. Detailed directions will be provided once your reservation is confirmed. if you wish to visit the property before your stay please feel free to call and make arrangements for a tour.
Local Transportation:
To experience the island you must have a car. Rental facilities are in the airports. we are located 30 minutes from the Hilo Airport and 2 hours form the Kona Airport.
The Big Island has one bus that circles the island once per day. It is slow due to its many stops in the small towns around the island.

Our stop is in Hakalau, 15 minutes from the Center. Arrangements must be made beforehand for us to pick you up.
Private transportation between Kona and Hilo is approximately $90.
Shuttle service from the Hilo Airport by our staff is $60 round trip. This service must be arranged before your arrival. The staff will coordinate pick ups to serve as many guests as possible. This may require you to wait up to an hour for others to arrive.
