Master $130 ( private bath, 2 double beds) double occupancy
$30 additional for 3rd person
Standard $110 (shared bath with one other room, 2-3 twin beds or queen bed)
$30 additional for 3rd person
Ask about special rates if you wish to book all the rooms. Please, no pets.
Payment:
50% down to hold a room and the balance due upon arrival.
Hawaii tax rate of 11.416% will be added to charges.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations received 14 days in advance will receive a 90% refund if your room is rebooked. If the room is not rebooked, your deposit is nonrefundable.

Check out time: 12 noon
We are a non-smoking, drug free facility, thanks for your cooperation.
**Note for evening arrivals:
Hilo is a quaint town and restaurants close early. If you are arriving after 7pm ( in Hilo) purchase dinner in the Honolulu airport. The Hilo airport does not sell food in the evening; B&B serves only breakfast. Mahalo
